Veena Venugopal

Veena Venugopal is the author of two books, The Mother in Law, a study of the phenomenon of the Indian mother-in-law, and Would You Like Some Bread With That Book, a collection of essays on books and reading. She works at The Hindu where she is the Editor of Briefcase, a mobile news app. She writes extensively on gender issues and books.
