Neeraj Kumar is the former commissioner of police, Delhi, and is currently chief adviser to BCCI’s Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU). He was responsible for the police arrangements for the Asian Games in Delhi in 1982, and as deputy commissioner (Crime) he unearthed a multi-crore scam in state-run lotteries.
