Mukul Kesavan

Mukul Kesavan (born 9 April 1957)is an Indian historian, novelist and political and social essayist. He was schooled at St. Xaviers' in Delhi and then went on to study History at St. Stephen's College, and at the University of Delhi and later at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge where he received his MLitt having been awarded the Inlaks scholarship. His first book, a novel titled - Looking Through Glass (Farrar Straus & Giroux, 1994) received international critical acclaim. In 2001 he wrote a political tract titled 'Secular Common Sense' published by Penguin India. He teaches social history at Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi. Kiran Desai

Kiran Desai (born 3 September 1971) is an Indian author. Her novel The Inheritance of Loss won the 2006 Man Booker Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Fiction  .In January 2015, The Economic Times listed her as one of 20 "most influential" global Indian women.Kiran Desai is the daughter of Anita Desai, herself short-listed for the Booker Prize on three occasions. She was born in Delhi, then spent the early years of her life in Pune and Mumbai. She studied at the Cathedral and John Connon School. She left India at 14, and she and her mother lived in England for a year before moving to the United States, where she studied creative writing at Bennington College, Hollins University, and Columbia University. Rajinder Prabhakar

Rajinder Prabhakar is the Indian author.For more than 23 year, Rajinder Prabhakar managed several diverse and challenging corporate assignments in multiple countries, holding senior management positions at some of the top companies in the corporate world. Vikas Swarup

Vikas Swarup (born 1961) is an Indian diplomat and writer. He is the current Secretary (West) at the Ministry of External Affairs, India and has previously served as High Commissioner of India in Canada and has been the official spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs of India.He is best known as the author of the novel Q & A, adapted in film as Slumdog Millionaire, the winner of Best Film for the year 2009 at the Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and BAFTA Awards. Ketan Bhagat

Ketan joined Satyam Computer Services (the company that Mr Ramalinga Raju made both famous and infamous) post his MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute in 2001. After a 1.5 year stint of trying to learn programming and Tamil, destiny finally took mercy on the young, frustrated North Indian and made Satyam show him little bit of the world – 2 years in Malaysia, 9 months in NZ and 4 years in Australia.
